WARRANTY
ALL HAVOCPRO SCOOTERS AND PARTS HAVE A ONE YEAR WARRANTY FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.
DECKS
Warranty covers:
-Breaking
-Manufacturing defects
Warranty does not cover:
-Damage caused by improper use and/or abuse
-Altering the structure (i.e. drilling holes)
-Scratches or grinding to the anodizing
-Any modification
-Damage, cracking, bending, or thinning of the deck caused my excessive grinding
All Havoc decks carry a 1 year warranty. If your deck is older than 6 months, but still within the first year, the deck qualifies for a warranty replacement.
HANDLE BARS
Warranty covers:
-Breaking, Visible Cracking, and Bending
-Manufacturing defect
Warranty does not cover:
-Damage caused by improper use and/or abuse
-Any modification
WHEELS
Warranty covers:
-Dehubbing (PU coming detached from the core)
-Chunking (Occurs when a chunk of the PU becomes detached from the core)
-Manufacturing defect
CLAMPS
Warranty covers:
-Breaking, Visible Cracking, and Bending
-Manufacturing defect.
BRAKES.
Warranty covers:
-Breaking, Visible Cracking
-Manufacturing defect
On all HavocPro Scooters and Parts Havoc will not cover:
-Damage caused by improper use and/or abuse
-Altering the structure (i.e. drilling holes)
-Scratches or grinding to the anodizing
-Any modification
-Stripping and cross threading the threads
-Stripping or cross threading of the internal star nut
-Scratches or grinding to the powder coating
-Stripping or cross threading of the integrated clamps (HIC versions)
-Damage, cracking, bending, or thinning of the deck caused my excessive grinding.

HavocPro Scooters will not be liable for Warranty claims that not follow under The HavocPro Scooter warranty Policy.
If your product qualifies for warranty, please email dave@havocpro.com with images of the product & a proof of purchase/receipt.
The warranty only is valid for the original owner of the product.
We must have a receipt/proof of purchase to warranty the product.

DEALER/WHOLESALE ORDERS
For authorized dealers, shipping costs and the final order total will be determined and confirmed at the time of invoice issuance. Although the online checkout may initially display a $0 owing amount or "FREE" the actual total will be communicated in the invoice.
In the event that dealers encounter any issues or concerns related to shipping, it is imperative that they reach out to us prior to placing their order. We encourage proactive communication to address any potential shipping-related queries, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction process. Our customer support team is readily available to assist and provide necessary clarification on shipping matters, and we appreciate dealers taking the initiative to contact us for assistance before finalizing their orders.
If a total is visible in your cart during checkout, it indicates that retail products have been selected. To proceed with wholesale orders, kindly remove the retail products and add the wholesale versions to ensure accurate invoicing.
If an order is cancelled after being fulfilled and shipped, the dealer/wholesale purchaser is responsible for the full shipping amount as well as a 10% restocking fee.

Welcome to the Havoc Scooters Online Store. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Terms
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from Havoc Scooters.
1.2. Havoc Scooters reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1. All prices exclude taxes unless otherwise stated. Taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your location.
2.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
2.3. Orders are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a refund.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
3.2. Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
3.3. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be in unused condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
4.2. A restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
4.3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4.4. The original shipping cost paid to deliver the item to the customer is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.
4.5. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
4.6. Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.
